Timothy Gerding

Timothy Gerding was born in Columbia, Missouri in 1977. He is an honors graduate with a degree in Philosophy and an emphasis in philosophical theology from the University of Iowa. Tim received his Juris Doctorate from The University of Missouri School of Law in 2004, having placed twice on the Dean's List. As a law student he focused in the areas of trial practice and secured transactions. He is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Boone County Bar Association, and is a licensed practitioner in the State of Missouri. Tim has significant lead counsel trial experience both in Jury and Court tried cases. Tim has also successfully fought many administrative matters and has a significant motion and appellate practice. He has experience in many areas of the law and provides quality representation for his clients in the following areas; Litigation and Trial Practice, Criminal Law Defense, Personal Injury, Contract and Commercial Law and general Civil Practice.
