Finley Gibbs: Born in 1964 in Portland Oregon. A graduate of the University of Missouri - St. Louis in 1989 with a degree in Speech Communication and an early graduate of the University of Missouri School of Law with a Juris Doctorate in December, 1996. Finley is BV rated with Martindale Hubbell. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Missouri and the Federal Court for the Western District of Missouri, the Eastern and Western Missouri Courts of Appeal and the Missouri Supreme Court. He is a member of the Missouri Bar Association and the Boone County Bar Association.

He has extensive trial experience, both by court and by jury. He has experience with administrative tribunal practice in the State of Missouri. Finley was employed through college and worked for several large corporations between college and Law School. While in school he focused on personal injury and mediation course work. He is a trained mediator.

Finley became a partner in Rotts & Gibbs, LLC after two years of practice with Bill Rotts. Since then, his special knowledge of medical issues and mechanical issues has lead him to focus his practice on major personal injury, products liability and medically oriented civil cases. He maintains a practice in other areas to properly serve the clients of Rotts and Gibbs, LLC. He has a significant practice in Mass Torts involving injuries to people caused by pharmaceutical and other products.

Finley has represented several clients to Million dollar plus settlements and is currently analyzing Generic medication cases where the Generic medication is not as effective as the original, branded medication.
