Erica Hudson
Erica W. Hudson was born in 1980 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri and was raised in Mexico, Missouri. She graduated from the University of Missouri - Columbia with a degree in English and minors in Biology and Women's Studies. She then moved to San Diego, California where she attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law. While working as a law clerk, Erica participated in complex civil litigation. She also formed numerous corporations and limited liability companies and drafted by-laws, operating agreements, and other necessary documents tailored to meet each client's specific needs. Erica attended corporate meetings and prepared corporate minutes as well as drafted other contracts, including buy/sell agreements. Erica graduated with honors with a Juris Doctorate in May of 2006.
After graduation, Erica returned to Missouri and became a member of the Missouri Bar. She then became an associate at an insurance defense firm where she defended insurance companies and their insureds against claims of injured persons. The skills and experience she obtained as a defense attorney provide Erica with a valuable prospective that she uses to the benefit of her injured clients.
